Q. What makes IOPIN LTD different to other property companies?
A.We are different in several important ways. We are not a massive corporation that has thrown buckets of money at developments, and therefore have to keep pushing up prices for you, the investor. We deal on a case-by-case basis of developments, that come our way through a massive contact database, and deal directly with developers to obtain discounts that we then pass on to you. You are therefore effectively getting a zero markup on these deals, and all the benefits go to you directly. There is no fine print or hidden costs. That is a promise!
Q.How do I get started as an investor?
A.Simple. You can either contact us directly through email, phone, fax through our contact page, or you can register with us. Q.What is your company structure?
A.IOPIN LTD is a private company registered in the UK. We have four major divisions: Marketing, Research, Internet Development and Sales.
Q.I am a first-time investor. How do I…..?

Q.I have been tempted to buy from a TV/newspaper advert. Why shouldn’t I?
A.These are often companies that have invested a lot of money into overseas developments. The prices you see advertised will not include legal fees, transfer fees and all of the little costs that can add up. See our buyers guides and you will get an idea of how extensive these can be! They will offer to do it for you at extra charge, but buried in there is also massive price inflation (i.e. small small print). At IOPIN, we have already got the structure in place to do deals quickly and with no hassle– in many cases, a company may have left them behind for us, simply because they made promises they cant keep. so, by working effectively, we can offer you brilliant deals you will not find anywhere else.
Q.How do I know my investment is a good one?
A.You do not have to take our word for it. But we can gather information about a development for you very easily, and of course you will have all the details once we know that you are a serious investor.
Q.I noticed you’re not dealing much in the UK. Why is this?
A. The system in the UK has reached total saturation. The only way to make cash out of the UK market is by offering equity deals to people in mortgage arrears. We do not believe that taking advantage of this is ethical, i.e.. buying back property from people in mortgage arrears who are desperate and taking in rent as well! However, we do have genuine discounted UK properties and we ensure that we apply due diligence to maintain our ethical standard.
